Cairo and Alexandria Two-day trip from Sharm El Sheikh to visit the capitals of Egypt, Cairo, the current capital, and Alexandria, the oldest capital for a thousand years.

On this special trip that combines two trips in one trip, you will visit many distinctive places such as the pyramids, the Sphinx, museums, as well as the famous Alexandria Library and many, many distinctive places that we will list for you later.

day one in Cairo

Upon your arrival, you will be met by our guide who will be with you during your daily tour in Cairo, to discover the most important landmarks of Cairo, from the pyramids in Giza and the Sphinx, and visit the Egyptian Museum with its antiquities from the Pharaonic era in Egypt, which dates back about 50 centuries, full of wonderful treasures, and a sailboat trip on the Nile River, shopping in malls and bazaars, and later you will be transferred to your hotel and then free time for you. Then you will spend a night on a cruise on the Nile River in Cairo where you will enjoy the dancing shows on board the Nile boat.

Day 2 - Alexandria

Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo after a 7am flight and then embark, then travel to Alexandria for about 2 hours.

The Montazah Park, which is estimated to be 200 years old. It was originally the private property of Muhammad Ali and his descendants. One of the palaces of the royal family, it is now a place to receive guests.

The Library of Alexandria The Library of Alexandria, or the ancient library of Alexandria, was one of the largest and most important libraries in the ancient world. It was dedicated to music, and the home of the nine gods of the arts.

We will also visit the Coptic Patriarchate where the great apostle Mark is buried.

And the Mosque of Mursi Abu al-Abbas A Sufi saint from Muslim Spain in the 13th century, who moved to Alexandria in Egypt in the last years of his life.

Then the Citadel of Qaitbay from the 15th century, located on the Mediterranean coast and built on the ruins of one of the Seven Wonders of the World - the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria.

It was founded in 1477 by the Mamluk Sultan of the Burjit dynasty, Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qaitbay. Since the above is located on the site of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, Alexandria, it is believed that the remains of the lighthouse were used in the construction.

Dinner at a seafood restaurant near the Mediterranean Sea.

Then return to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.
